Founded in 2018, Clerel Construction is the building counterpart to Clerel Design that combines our long time experience in design and investment property construction with our budget knowledge, organizational skills to implement creative solutions. Our projects range from large apartment complexes, commercial properties, and custom homes throughout Southern California and Arizona.

Meet the Team

  • Tracy Schroeder

    FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

    Over the past 20 years, Tracy Schroeder has been successfully investing and improving real estate in Southern California and New York City. Tracy’s experience in the real estate investing and developing industry created her knowledge in construction management. Working with highly skilled trades to effectively complete jobs on time and on budget is a top priority for Clerel Construction. Tracy is a graduate of UCLA and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California. She is on the construction committee for the new Orange County Museum of Art.

  • Cassiano Quadros

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Cassiano Quadros has over 10 years in construction experience and a degree from Caxias Do Sul as a mechanical technician. He has successfully implemented ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems in overseas companies. His knowledge and expertise in quality control and compliance is the leading force behind Clerel Construction’s organizational abilities, accuracy, and quality assurance to each project’s execution. He is proficient in a broad range of design software including AutoCad, Corel Draw, and HD Architect. Cassiano has successfully achieved his General Contractors license in California and Arizona.
