THE WEBSTER

This spacious apartment building was presented to us as a building renovation over a fairly long period of time. We took the work in phases to achieve the necessary repairs including window replacements, and wood corrections, all in preparation for painting the building and relandscaping. The new color palette of the building had to be soft to tie into the tiles that were originally chosen by the builder. Part of the plan was to overhaul the laundry rooms which we did, adding windows and French doors for better light. We also created a rental office out of a storage room that allowed for a professional work space for the onsite manager. The interior of the apartment units that became vacant were remodeled with updated flooring and new kitchen cabinets with quartz countertops.
