ABERDEEN BAY

Acquired in 2015, Aberdeen Bay Apartment Homes is comprised of 23 apartment units ideally located in Garden Grove. Clerel Construction preformed an intensive renovation project on the Aberdeen Bay Apartment Homes, reshaping the grounds with hardscape and landscape as well as new paint, windows, and doors added to the improved curb appeal. Interior of units were significantly made better for new residents.
