THE RIDGE

This property had a nice placement on the street but it was out of current style and had less than impressive landscaping and flow to the interior courtyard. Clerel Construction was asked to revamp the entire building in the courtyard and from the curb appeal. Part of the job was to re-roof the property which allowed for a new color palette. We chose roof shingles in charcoal and began to shift the color scheme to a modern dark grey and white. The doors had to be replaced so we decided to create a better ambience per apartment unit by building in patios in the front of the entry doors. Landscape was a big part of this renovation, we tore out all the hardscape, repositioned the walkways, and then added brand new landscape and lighting. The changes were significant as we rebranded the entire building.
