NEWPORT SEASIDE

The property was built approximately 30 years prior to when the owner brought Clerel Construction on to reposition the asset. Our vision was to take what was an original 1980’s style construction and bring it to a southern California beach modern feel. Clerel Construction with budget constraints in mind kept the hardscape and worked in new landscape and ground lighting. The stair railings were redesigned and engineered by Clerel Construction. We updated the interior kitchens and bathrooms with new cabinets, flooring, and finishes. Newport Seaside’s onsite laundry room was drastically improved to be a charming feature. For the convenience of the residents and onsite manager we added a rental office designed with a professional and inviting atmosphere.
