NEWPORT BAY

This incredibly well located apartment building was brought to us by the new owners that wanted to overhaul the entire courtyard, frontage, pool area and entry of the property. Clerel Construction knew this was going to be starting fresh, a full demo was in order and we had to build up from there. We had one feature that was staying, a pool, the rest of the hardscape and landscape was in the line to demo. Our team knew that the rental office had to be moved from the street to the center of the property. The trick was how are we going to create the environment to lead the energy to the pool area and office. We successfully re-positioned the entrance, created beautiful gates, new signage, and created meandering walkways that led the guests through olive trees and Mediterranean landscape to the pool area. We created enclaves of dining area where residents could BBQ and relax quietly. The old gym/rec room got repositioned to be a beautiful rental office with a view through large windows of the pool and the gardens of the Newport Bay property. Lighting and paint colors were chosen, patios were created, and a laundry room was designed to be a pleasure to work in. The entire project took shape over 6 months and the building felt brand new.
